BENI / NORTH KIVU / DRC
Proposed participants, not confirmed partners or mapped facilities.
Validation questions — not achieved results. Device work remains conditional on feasibility and appropriate validation.
12 / TRUST, PRIVACY & SAFETY
These are product design requirements for a future operational service. This frontend showcase does not process patient records or biometrics, and does not demonstrate production security controls or certify compliance.
Proposed access-control flow
Requirements to implement and validate
Protect sensitive health information throughout the architecture, with deliberate limits on collection, use and retention.
Require authentication, authorization, encryption, auditing and least-privilege access.
Non-emergency access should respect patient permissions and applicable access policies.
Limit professional access to information appropriate to the role and authorized purpose.
Expose only the information required for the defined emergency context.
Sensitive access events must be logged and traceable in the operational service.
Biometrics help establish identity. They do not independently authorize unrestricted medical-record access.
TIBA informs, supports prevention and guides. It must not replace a doctor or independently direct clinical care.
13 / DEPLOYMENT ROADMAP
Beni → Prove. DRC → Scale. Africa → Expand. A proposed progression, with no completed stages or fixed deployment dates implied. Each step depends on evidence, capacity and appropriate review.
Proposed local validation of the core care loop.
